This was our first time buying from a dealership, and Brody absolutely made this an A++ experience! From the first interaction to the last, he approached everything with our needs in mind, and really proved that customer satisfaction is his priority. He accommodated our odd schedule and was open to meeting us outside of regular hours to look at a car we saw online. We drove from Bloomington-Normal and he had the car warmed up for us, waiting for the test drive. There was never any moment that he was pushy for a sale or trying to sell us something we didn’t want. Needless to say - we fell in love with the car, and definitely were impressed by Brody and his dedication to his business and customer service. When we came back the next day to pick up the car it was dark and pouring rain - we pulled up and Brody was installing new wipers on it for us! My family and I drove from Quincy, Illinois (2 hours) to look at a Jeep Cherokee at Manito Auto Sales. We got a little lost and didn’t get there until 10 minutes before close, but Brody stayed open an hour and a half passed closing time for us, and even pulled up the Jeep, ready for a test drive, and showed us his family’s race cars while we waited for a phone call regarding finances. He was extremely polite and came up with every option to make purchasing a car a stress free experience for us. My parents have had bad experiences in the past with other dealers, but they trusted that’s Brody was doing the best that he could, and appreciated that he was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy. I'm a person who's always bought NEW cars from "big city" dealers and had a rather "skeptical" opinion of used car dealers as often being "sleezy" and untrustworthy. Brody proved that there are truly honest and concerned people selling used cars. Of course, being a home-town-boy from Manito, he knows his livelihood and reputation depend on how he treats his customers, unlike the big metro people around me (Greater Peoria Area). I was helping a close friend with very limited financial resources buy a car to replace her car that was recently totaled in an accident. I did some on-line searches and found what I thought might be a good fit for her. Before seeing the car, I exchanged several emails with Brody (I live 22 miles from Manito, and my friend lives 58 miles away). Brody answered ALL my questions honestly and we set up a time to meet. He had the car ready for a test drive, but as it turned out, is wasn't a good fit for my friend. But, she saw two other affordable cars which we also test-drove, and a Honda Accord turned out to be "love at first drive" for her. I think we got a VERY fair deal from Brody, and he "bent over backwards" as they say to help us. He did not try any "high pressure" tactics, he was honest about the car, and we could tell me truly wanted us to be happy and satisfied with our choice. I would NOT HESITATE to recommend his dealership to other friends needing a nice used car. SEE BRODY...he'll treat you right!
